Sestina for a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation: Peace House Inc., Plaintiff v. Esther Israel, Defendant. Case No. 180500182 in the Third Judicial District Court of Summit County, Utah.
The allegations brought against her
are implausible. Did
she steal a meal and
also send a dirty email? At Peace
House, did she ask herself, being a
woman, "Why is self-care viewed as insubordination?" She
was a psychotherapist who avoided micromanagers. She
was otherwise a coworker who bit her
tongue and lowered her guard with a
supervisor who twisted her words. Did
she do her job with her therapy clients, to make Peace
House look good? The board members visited and
vanished. She declared it was an April Fool’s joke and
written by the grant writer. That was too easy, she
learned, for the hired guns of Peace
House to miss. And forgetting her
place, not all Jews are rich, she did
not consider people are petty and abundantly flawed. A
Peace House portrayal misattributes the joke as a
sure harm to their funding. They take offense and
none was given, so they reverse subject and straw man. She
left them with no choice so they did
attack via lawsuit with no claim and then fired her.
Smokescreen strategies of Peace
House. Job applicants commit to their mission and a Peace
House vision is imposed on them with a
handbook for employees who are not people in need of her
advocacy. Seeing as salary begets advocates, consent is hired. And
let's not discuss the low salaries and high turnover. She
saw this non-profit domestic corporation as they did.
After her forced administrative leave, why did
she not return to work? What hold does she have to make Peace
House file an ex-parte motion against her? Why would she
force Peace House to silence her? Truth be told, she was a
busy person unmoved by office politics, and
caused others to retaliate against her.
I’m a pro se person perplexed by vexation litigation. I am a
coworker whose colleagues were made scared to communicate and
I am wondering what her clients are wondering about her.
